Been with Afrihost for years on end, I had endless struggles with ISP's prior and eventually found this exceptional business. I have rarely had to even contact their support department with issues, and if I did, the support person assigned to me was very helpful every. single. time. I would gladly recommend this company for any and all people looking for a decent ISP that won't blatantly try to rip you off, and have done so at every opportunity that I could 10/10.

I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. I was starting to get very annoyed and frustrated and contemplating to cancel the whole package. Up-and-Till today (29th Dec "22) via W/App, Musa Khumalo helped me, what a pleasure, my problem was sorted, Musa was persistent to sort my problem and did not give in to my sometimes sarcastic arrogant remarks. Great customer service! You can't expect any ISP to be perfect, there'll always be technical issues of some sort. But Afrihost handles these issues the best out of any ISP I've ever dealt with
